About the Role

This Payroll Team Lead position is an excellent prospect to take on leadership responsibilities within a large, supportive team. You will manage a team of Payroll Officers while overseeing end-to-end payroll processing. This role is ideal for someone with strong payroll expertise who is passionate about career growth and leadership.

Duties
n

Manage a team of Payroll Officers processing high volume complex pay runs
n
Interpret complex EBA's and Awards
n




Demonstrate high-volume payroll processing
n
Utilise strong payroll system knowledge
n
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
n
Address all payroll-related queries
n
n
Skills and Experience
n
n
Proven experience in a large volume, complex payroll environment
n
Experience with PayGlobal or UKG is desirable
n
Prior leadership experience is essential
n
Strong knowledge of superannuation & payroll tax
n
Exceptional communication skills with stakeholders
n
In-depth understanding of complex EBAs & Awards
n
