Finance Group

Within the group, the Property Finance sub-team advises Australian and global financial institutions and sponsors. The client list is exceptional, many of whom are long-standing clients.

The Sydney Property Finance sub-team consists of practitioners who are consistently ranked as leading finance practitioners within the notable legal directories.

Position Description
n
As a result of growth within the Property Finance team, they are looking for a senior lawyer or senior associate level lawyer to work closely with one of their partners.
n
As a pre-eminent practice, you will be involved in acting on some of the largest and most complex transactions in the region,



including:
n
n
Domestic and cross-border financings.
n
Loan portfolio acquisitions and sales.
n
Restructuring and distressed debt.
n
n

Requirements
n
You will have at least 4 years' experience in finance law (ideally with a focus on property finance) from a notable practice in Australia or another English speaking jurisdiction.

In addition, you will have:

A willingness to work autonomously on smaller, less complex matters whilst being a team player on larger, more complex matters;and
n
An ability to consistently present a positive image of self, the team and the firm.
