Neyvine Seafood & Grill is looking for an experienced, reliable and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in Parramatta.
n
We are seeking someone confident, hands-on and passionate about hospitality, with solid leadership and communication skills. The successful candidate will help oversee daily operations, lead the front-of-house team and ensure our customers receive an excellent dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
n

Lead and supervise the FOH team during service
n
Manage service flow, staff sections and customer enquiries
n
Assist with opening and closing procedures
n
Handle bookings, functions and large groups
n
Train and support team members
n
Work closely with the kitchen and bar
n
Maintain high service, cleanliness and presentation standards
n
Handle POS,



payments and customer concerns
n
Assist management with daily operations
n
Confidently run the restaurant when management is unavailable
n
n
Requirements
n
n
Previous restaurant supervisory or senior hospitality experience
n
Strong leadership and customer service skills
n
Good food and beverage knowledge
n
Cocktail, wine and beverage knowledge highly regarded
n
Current RSA
n
Ability to work under pressure
n
Professional, reliable and positive attitude
n
Evening and weekend availability
n
