Customer Care Representative, Dandenong South
n
We are now looking to appoint a Customer Care Representative at our Lyndhurst facility in Dandenong South, Melbourne - a pivotal role that sits at the heart of our operations, customers and commercial success.
n
The Opportunity

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will help deliver a seamless, professional and solutions focused experience.
n
This is more than just answering calls - you will create trusted relationships, solve problems proactively and work closely with operations, transport and logistics teams to ensure we deliver on our commitments.

What You'll Be Doing
n
Acting as the primary contact for customer enquiries and issue resolution
n
Coordinating closely with site operations, transport and logistics teams
n
Managing customer bookings,



orders and inventory enquiries
n
Ensuring accurate data entry across WMS/TMS and internal systems
n
Preparing customer reports (KPIs, billing, stock reporting)
n
Identifying recurring issues and helping drive process improvements
n
Supporting invoicing and account verification processes
n
Your success will be measured by customer satisfaction, responsiveness, accuracy and your ability to develop productive working relationships across the site.

What You'll Bring
n
Experience in a Customer Service, Customer Care or similar role (logistics, warehousing or supply chain experience highly regarded)
n
Confidence managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
n
Impressive problem-solving and organisational skills
n
High attention to detail and data accuracy
n
Proficient IT capability (Microsoft Office; exposure to WMS/TMS advantageous)
n
