Job Description
TCM Colour is seeking an experienced Plant Operator to join our team in Campbellfield, VIC. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in our operations, ensuring the safe, effective and productive running of our plant and machinery. As a Plant Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring, controlling and maintaining our equipment to meet production targets and quality standards whilst adhering to all health and safety regulations.

What you'll be doing

Operating and monitoring plant machinery and equipment in accordance with operational procedures and safety standards
n
Performing routine maintenance checks and reporting any equipment malfunctions or faults to supervisors
n
Adjusting plant settings and parameters to optimise production efficiency and output quality
n
Recording and maintaining accurate logs
n
Ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations throughout all operational activities
n
Assisting with the setup and shutdown of plant equipment at the beginning and end of shifts
n
Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production progress and any operational concerns
n




Contributing to a safe and positive workplace culture by following all company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

Experience as a Plant Operator or in a similar machinery operation role
n
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
n
Physical capability to perform the demands of the role, including standing for extended periods and working in varying environmental conditions
n
Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively
n
Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic
