About the Role
n
This exciting position is best suited for a WHS professional with 1-2 years' experience.
n
This role comes with ongoing professional development. We want you to be your best, so the company will pay for memberships and training to support self‐improvement and remaining up to date with changes within the WHS legislation and industry.
n
You'll work closely with managers and staff to reduce risk, prevent injuries, and continuously improve how we operate.
n
What You'll Be Doing
n
Ignite and sustain a culture where safety comes first - always.
n
Develop, review and improve WHS policies, procedures, SOPs and training
n
Complete risk assessments, incident investigations, and recommend corrective actions
n
Coordinate Work Cover claims and Return to Work programs
n
Prepare for and support internal and external audits
n
Analyse trends, turning data into smarter, safer solutions
n
Lead and support Health & Safety Advocates across ANZ
n
Build strong relationships with all members of staff as well as external providers
n
What You'll Bring
n
Certificate IV in WHS (or equivalent experience)
n
Experience managing ISO *****
n




Sound knowledge of Australian & New Zealand WHS legislation
n
Confident communication, influence, and problem‐solving skills
n
A hands‐on, practical approach with great attention to detail
n
Hold a current drivers' licence with flexibility for travel inter-state and NZ (average 4-6 weeks) and overnight stays (average 2 nights each trip)
