The Role

You will head up the performance marketing team and make sure every channel is pulling its weight.
n

Set the performance marketing strategy and connect it to growth targets
n
Manage paid media investment across search, social, programmatic and video
n
Build CRM and lifecycle programs that guide fans from interest to renewal
n
Grow the audience database in size and quality, keeping data clean and compliant
n
Run attribution and testing that shapes real decisions
n
Coach and develop a specialist digital marketing
n
Work closely with Brand, Content, Media and Insights
n
n
Who We're Looking For
n
You have worked in performance or digital marketing for a while and are comfortable owning a budget and a strategy, not just running campaigns someone else has planned.
n
n
Experience leading paid media and agency relationships
n
Comfortable with marketing automation and CRM platforms
n
Positive grasp of attribution, testing and marketing analytics
n




Experience growing a database while protecting data quality
n
Confident presenting results and getting into campaign detail
n
n
