The role:
n
As a Packaging Operator, you'll play an important role in ensuring our products are packaged safely, accurately and to the highest quality standards.
n
Key responsibilities:
n
Set up, operate and monitor packaging equipment to achieve safe and efficient production.
n
Assemble and disassemble packaging equipment before and after production runs.
n
Package, label, box and prepare products for warehouse storage and customer dispatch.
n
Complete quality control checks throughout the packaging process.
n
Thoroughly clean equipment and work areas between production runs to prevent cross-contamination.
n
Follow production schedules, job files and documented work instructions.
n
Maintain accurate production records and packaging documentation.
n
Identify and report quality or equipment issues.
n
Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment.
n
Work collaboratively with Production, Warehouse and Quality teams to achieve daily production targets.
n
About you:

You'll be someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and takes pride in producing consistently high-quality outcomes.



You understand the importance of following procedures, working safely and contributing positively to a team.

You'll also bring:
n
Experience in a manufacturing, production, packaging or warehouse environment.
n
Experience operating production or packaging equipment.
n
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
n
Good mechanical aptitude and confidence working with machinery.
n
The ability to follow documented procedures and quality requirements.
n
A robust focus on cleanliness, organisation and contamination control.
n
Good communication skills and a collaborative approach.
n
Reliability, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
n
Physical fitness suitable for manual handling tasks.
n
