Job Description
You'll be the first point of contact for people interested in owning a Best Brains Learning Centre. You'll generate and qualify leads, explain the franchise model, and guide candidates through the sales process from enquiry to signing. This is a hands-on, high-impact role in a growing market.

Key responsibilities

Respond promptly to inbound franchise enquiries (phone, email, website)
n
Qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls and presentations
n
Clearly explain the Best Brains model, investment range, training and ongoing support
n
Maintain accurate records in our CRM and keep the pipeline moving
n
Coordinate with operations on territory, site selection and centre setup
n
Support franchise marketing activities and events
n
Build strong relationships with potential franchisees and follow up consistently
n
Report on activity and conversion metrics
n

About you
n
n
Proven experience in sales, business development or franchise recruitment (education or service-based industries a plus)
n




Excellent verbal and written communication skills — you can explain a concept clearly and build trust quickly
n
Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple conversations at once
n
Experience with CRM systems
n
Genuine interest in education and helping families
