Americold is seeking experienced Team Managers to lead frontline warehouse operations at our Prospect/NSW distribution site. You will manage large teams across a rapid-paced environment, drive safety and quality, and ensure efficient labour utilisation to meet customer requirements.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will coach staff, monitor KPIs, and implement continuous improvements while coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth operations on your shift.
