The Opportunity
n
An excellent opportunity exists for a Civil Design Engineer with proven 12d experience to join a leading Melbourne-based engineering consultancy. Working within a high-performing civil team,



you will play a key role in the design and delivery of land development & other projects from initial concept through to construction.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Prepare civil engineering designs and documentation using 12d.
n
Design roads, intersections, earthworks, stormwater drainage, sewer and water infrastructure.
n
Produce engineering reports, calculations and supporting technical documentation.
n
Coordinate with developers, councils, service authorities and project stakeholders.
n
Assist with planning permit, engineering approval and authority submission processes.
n
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
n
Deliver projects in accordance with relevant Australian Standards, council requirements and industry best practice.
n
Support project delivery from concept and feasibility through to detailed design and construction.
n
Identify innovative and practical engineering solutions to meet client requirements.
n
Contribute to maintaining high-quality technical standards across the business.
n
n
Experience & Qualifications Required
n
n
Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
n
Minimum 3-6 years' experience in civil design within the Australian land development sector.
n
Strong proficiency with 12d software.
n
Experience designing roads, drainage, earthworks and associated civil infrastructure.
n
Understanding of Victorian council standards, authority requirements and local design practices.
n
A team orientated & collaborative engineer who is passionate about the industry and the work they produce
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
n
You will need Full working rights and local Australian experience to be considered for this position.
