Getdarwin is seeking a motivated AI Special Forces Specialist to be the first line of support for our clients using AI agents.
You will help resolve questions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth integrations with external systems.
You'll work with Customer Success, Onboarding, Product, and Engineering to log issues, share knowledge, and improve the Darwin platform.
This hybrid role offers 2 days in the office and 25 days of paid time off, with language classes to boost communication.
