There is a lot that goes on behind the scenes to make sure customers, and internal teams get a great experience - and as a Commercial Services Officer, you would be at the heart of it.
Supporting our Bulk and Packaged Products businesses, your focus will be on keeping things moving - helping internal stakeholders with account enquiries and supporting the sales team to deliver on their commitments.
Day to day that means following up quote acceptances, administering pricing, monthly reconciliations and handling internal sales queries.
It is the kind of role that has a bit of everything.

As a Commercial Services Officer you will:
Manage and administer pricing, rebates and customer claims
Review and process incoming customer quote requests
Investigate and resolve pricing, delivery and other account discrepancies
Complete end of month processes ensuring all invoices are accurate and on time
Contribute to process improvement projects - we have some exciting ones in the pipeline
Provide back-up support across the broader team as needed
What You'll Bring
Experience in a commercial, sales administration or general office support role
Proficiency in Excel, SAP and Salesforce - or a willingness to learn
Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport easily with people
An energetic, hands-on approach with good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
A genuine enjoyment of learning and a willingness to take on whatever comes your way
A positive attitude and the ability to contribute to a strong team culture
Office based in Darra, Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
