We're looking for an experienced Plumbing Utilities Supervisor to join our Queensland operations but we're not simply looking to fill another supervisory position.
n
Based in Chinchilla, this is an opportunity for an experienced supervisor, or a strong Leading Hand ready for their next step, to join a growing Australian-owned business where leadership development and succession planning are genuinely part of the conversation.

Working alongside our operational leadership team, you'll take ownership of day-to-day site activities, lead and develop your crew and ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
n

With purpose, respect and a driven mindset, you'll contribute by:

Supervising and coordinating plumbing works across projects and maintenance activities.
n
Leading plumbers and trades assistants, driving productivity, quality and positive team culture.
n
Planning and allocating labour, resources and materials effectively.
n
Ensuring work is completed safely and in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.
n
Providing technical guidance, mentoring and on-the-job support to your team.
n
Working closely with operational leaders and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
n
Conducting site inspections and maintaining high HSE standards.
n
Proactively identifying and resolving site issues and constraints.
n
n
Here's what you'll need to thrive:
n
n




Trade qualification in Plumbing with a current QLD licence.
n
Supervisory or Leading Hand experience or demonstrated capability and ambition to take the next step.
n
Commercial and/or industrial plumbing experience highly regarded.
n
QBCC Nominee Licence highly regarded.
n
Strong leadership capability with the ability to engage and develop a team.
n
Confident communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
n
Robust commitment to safety, quality and team culture.
n
Current driver's licence and White Card.
n
