We're partnering with a boutique Project Management Consultancy that is continuing to grow its presence across the accommodation and living sectors.
n
They are looking to appoint an experienced Associate Director / Project Director to join the team and take a senior role across a strong pipeline of projects.
n
The business works across a range of accommodation and living assets, including:
n
n
Aged Care & Seniors Living
n
Hotels & Hospitality
n
Mixed-use and other specialist accommodation developments
n
n
This is an opportunity to take a genuine leadership role across the full project lifecycle, working closely with clients, investors, developers, consultants and contractors to drive successful project outcomes.
n
You will be involved from early project strategy, feasibility and design through to procurement, construction and completion,



with the autonomy to lead projects and build strong long-term client relationships.
n
We're looking for an experienced project leader with:
n
n
12+ years' experience across property, construction or project management
n
A proven track record delivering complex accommodation, residential or living-sector projects
n
Experience managing projects through the full development lifecycle
n
Strong commercial, financial and risk management capability
n
Excellent client and stakeholder management skills
n
The ability to lead project teams and mentor more junior PMs
n
Strong communication skills and the confidence to operate at a senior level
n
A genuine interest in working within a boutique workplace where you can have a direct impact on the business
