The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Automation Test Engineer to join a high-performing delivery team focused on quality engineering and test automation excellence.
n
This role is ideal for a hands-on test automation specialist with strong experience designing and developing frameworks from scratch using C#, Selenium, Playwright, and TypeScript. You will work closely with developers, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure solutions are thoroughly tested across UI, API, and cloud-based environments while driving best practices in quality assurance and automation.

Key Responsibilities
n

Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks from the ground up.
n
Create automated test solutions using C#, Selenium, Playwright, and TypeScript.
n
Execute API, UI, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing activities.
n
Develop and maintain automated test suites across multiple applications.
n
Create and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios.
n
Perform manual testing activities where required.
n
Identify, document, and communicate defects clearly to delivery teams.
n
Work closely with developers and business stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes.
n
Support CI/CD processes through Jenkins and GitHub integration.
n
Contribute to test strategy, planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
n




Validate cloud-based applications and services.
n
Provide clear reporting on testing progress, risks, and quality metrics.
n
Mentor team members and promote automation best practices.

What You'll Need
n

Strong hands-on experience with C# test automation development.
n
Extensive experience using Selenium and Playwright.
n
Strong TypeScript development experience.
n
Proven experience building automation frameworks from scratch.
n
Strong understanding of API testing and automation techniques.
n
Experience performing UI, functional, integration, and regression testing.
n
Hands-on manual testing experience including test case creation and execution.
n
Experience working with Jenkins and GitHub.
n
Knowledge of cloud-based platforms and testing approaches.
n
Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
n
Ability to clearly articulate defects, risks, and testing outcomes.
n
Experience working within Agile software delivery environments is highly regarded.
n
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is advantageous.
n
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
