Facility Management Victoria Pty Ltd (FMV) is a leading facility and building management company in Melbourne, managing over 60 of Victoria's prestigious high-rise buildings and working with more than 13 Owners Corporation Management companies.

FMV provides a range of residential and commercial property services, including Building Management, Concierge and Security Services.

The Role
n
FMV is seeking professional and well-presented Concierge / Security staff to join our teams across high-quality residential high-rise buildings in Melbourne.
n
This role operates on a rotating roster within a 24/7 operation and includes day, evening, overnight, weekend and public holiday shifts. Applicants must be available and willing to work overnight shifts as part of the rotating roster.
n
We are looking for experienced, reliable and self-motivated individuals who hold a current Security Licence and are committed to providing a high level of service to residents, visitors and contractors.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Ensuring the safety and security of residents, visitors and the building
n
Providing professional concierge and residential security services
n




Monitoring CCTV systems and conducting regular building patrols
n
Monitoring fire alarm systems and responding appropriately to activations
n
Acting as a key point of contact for the Building Management team
n
Maintaining positive relationships and clear communication with residents, owners, visitors and contractors
n
Assisting with minor cleaning and maintenance of common areas as required
n
Responding professionally to incidents and building-related matters
n

Qualifications & Experience
n
n
Professional presentation and a customer-focused approach
n
Self-motivated, proactive, reliable and punctual
n
Previous experience in residential, concierge or security roles is highly regarded
n
Experience using building management systems such as BuildingLink and MYBOS is desirable
n
n
Appointment to this role is subject to a satisfactory National Police Check.
