CAE in Homebush NSW seeks an IOS Operator to provide operational support for training serials by running the simulator IOS station and contributing to immersive role-play activities. The role includes preparation for each training sortie, delivery support, and debriefs as required.

The candidate will assist in complex combat airlift scenario training, work with CAE instructors and QFIs, and help maintain EH&S; and quality management within day-to-day operations.
