As a Senior Supervisor, you'll partner closely with the leadership team to bring our store to life - making sure it's protected, well-stocked and ready for customers. This is your chance to build on where you've come from, taking your leadership experience to the next level while developing new skills and making a real impact., This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll contribute across all parts of store operations. You'll have the opportunity to:

Lead from the front, creating a welcoming, safe and well-presented store environment that sets the tone for a great customer experience
n
Support day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing, and stepping into site leadership when required
n
Coach and guide team members on the shop floor, helping them deliver knowledgeable and helpful service
n
Keep the store running smoothly through effective workforce planning, stock flow and replenishment
n
Drive a strong safety culture by promoting safe practices and supporting team wellbeing
n
Resolve customer queries in a practical, helpful way that builds trust and loyalty
n
Look for better ways of working, improving efficiency and supporting the rollout of new tools or processes
n
Play a key role in onboarding and developing team members, supporting their growth and confidence on the job

What you'll need
n

Experience in a retail or customer-facing leadership or supervisory role
n




Confidence supporting store operations, including safety, stock management and customer service
n
Strong communication and teamwork skills
n
Ability to make decisions and solve problems in a practical way
n
A focus on safety and creating a positive environment for team members and customers
n
Availability to work across a rotating roster, including opening and closing shifts
n

We provide an adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above at $***** per hour for this role.
