Experienced Machine Operator wanted for a well established food manufacturing site, paying $***** per hour with an immediate start on morning shift, moving to afternoon shift within a set period. This is a hands on role for an experienced operator who wants real autonomy over complex machinery and a direct hand in production output.

Operate, monitor and adjust processing machinery to hit efficiency and quality targets

Maintain safety and hygiene standards specific to food manufacturing

Identify and resolve equipment issues before they cause downtime

Complete quality checks and keep production documentation accurate
n
Work alongside the team to meet daily production targets
n
