Assistant Store Manager

We are looking for someone who's interested in assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store. You will report to the Store Manager on a regular basis, and you will work closely with them to ensure the store is running smoothly and efficiently.

About The Role
n
As an Assistant Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the store is upholding our high standards which lead to us providing a great guest experience every time.
n
Duties
n
n
Provide exceptional customer service & efficiently manage the day-to-day tasks of the store
n
Provide a outstanding training experience of onboarding team members
n
Monitor stock levels and product wastage
n
Managing deliveries
n
Ensuring health and safety standards are upheld with the store
n
Rostering
n
Developing plans to drive sales and improve customer experience
n
n
Skills And Experience
n
n
Previous experience in Retail or Hospitality
n
Previous leadership experience is desired but not necessary
n
Ability to lead a team environment
n
Great communication skills
n




Able to work in a team environment
n
Organisational skills & the ability to efficiently manage tasks
n
