Pay Rate: $***** per hour + Super Hours: 8.5 hrs per day / 76 hrs per fortnight – 9-day fortnight Duration:6 Months + Possibility of Extension

About the Role
n
Transport for NSW is seeking amotivated Road Workerto join the maintenance team based in Lithgow.
n
You'll be part of a close-knit crew delivering essential road maintenance and repair activities across the local network — helping to keep NSW roads safe and reliable.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
Perform a range of routine and repetitive physical tasks using hand and power tools
n
Support skilled trades and machinery operators in road construction and maintenance
n
Undertake routine maintenance activities such as:
n
Pavement and pothole repairs
n
Guardrail, sign and guide post installation




n
Rubbish collection and call-outs
n
Traffic control duties
n

Requirements

White Card
n
WOF (Workers on Foot)
n
Current Car Licence (MR Licence desirable)
n
Traffic Control Ticket (or willing to obtain)
n
Police Check
