Provide daily living support to residents

Assist residents with personal care, hygiene, and mobility
n
Support residents' emotional and social needs
n
Maintain accurate care documentation
n
Collaborate with the clinical and lifestyle teams to enhance resident experiences
n
Work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse
n

Requirements
n

Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support (or equivalent)
n
Current National Police Check
n
Caring and respectful approach towards residents
n
Solid communication and teamwork skills
n
Positive and enthusiastic attitude
n
Empathy with elderly residents and their families
n
Knowledge of Autumn Care highly regarded but not essential
n
Experience working in an Australian Aged Care Facility highly regarded
n
Valid national police check required
n
Pre-employment medical assessment required
n
Preferred weekend availability
