About the Role
n
The Webster Packer position plays a vital part in ensuring patients receive their medications accurately and on schedule through dose administration aids.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Prepare and pack Webster Packs with precision
n
Maintain strict attention to detail when handling medications
n
Support pharmacists with dispensing workflows and stock management
n
Follow pharmacy procedures and quality standards
n
Complete documentation and administrative tasks accurately and diligently
n
Work collaboratively with pharmacists, assistants, patients and other key stakeholders
n
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe dispensary
n
n
About You
n
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

n
Previous Webster packing or pharmacy experience (preferred)
n
Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
n
Strong organisational and time-management skills
n
Ability to work independently and within a team
n
Clear, professional communication skills
n
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
n
A genuine interest in supporting community healthcare
