ACCC seeks a Deputy General Counsel to lead a legal team delivering high‐level advice under the Competition and Consumer Act **** and ACL. You will work with the Chair, Commissioners and senior executives on major mergers, investigations and regulatory matters.

The role requires substantial senior legal experience, admission to practice in Australia, and tertiary qualifications. Salary is substantial, with a total reward package including superannuation.
