We're seeking a passionate and experienced Child and Family Wellbeing Worker to join our dedicated team in the Katherine & Big Rivers Region. This is your opportunity to work with vulnerable children, young people and families; delivering strength-based case management and outreach support that truly changes lives.

About the Role:
n
Reporting to the Program Manager, you'll:
n
n
Deliver tailored support and activities aligned with program guidelines
n
Develop and implement participant-centred Family Action Plans
n




Build strong referral pathways to engage families who may not access traditional services
n
Provide education and training to promote mental health awareness
n
Occasionally support other TeamHEALTH programs across Darwin and remote communities (travel required)
n
n
About You:
n
n
You're a compassionate and skilled professional with:
n
A Diploma or Certificate in a relevant health or welfare discipline
n
Experience working with children, young people and families, including First Nations and CALD communities
n
A strong understanding of strength-based approaches and relevant interventions
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
Experience delivering education to young people
n
n
Requirements:
n
n
National Police Certificate
n
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
n
Ochre Card
n
NT Driver's Licence
n
Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module
n
n
