Job Description
A highly regarded boutique architecture and interiors studio is seeking a talented Graduate of Architecture with around 7 years' professional experience to join its Brisbane team. Working across high-end residential, hospitality and complex mixed-use projects, this is an exciting opportunity for an architecturally strong designer looking to take greater ownership of projects and develop their technical and delivery capabilities within a close-knit, design-led studio.

Key Responsibilities:
n
Contribute to projects from concept and design development through documentation, tender and construction
n
Develop high-quality architectural documentation using Revit
n
Assist with technical resolution, detailing and coordination
n
Coordinate with architects, interiors, structure, services, landscape and specialist consultants
n
Work alongside Directors and senior team members to develop design outcomes
n
Attend site meetings and assist with resolving construction issues
n
Review drawings, shop drawings, samples and project information
n
Support project QA and ensure documentation is accurate and coordinated
n
Liaise with consultants, contractors and suppliers throughout project delivery
n
Contribute to project planning, deadlines and deliverables
n
Take increasing ownership of project packages and responsibilities
n
Collaborate with the wider team to ensure design intent is maintained through delivery
n
Skills & Experience:
n




Around 7 years' professional architectural experience
n
Architecture degree with strong design and technical foundations
n
Australian experience highly regarded
n
Strong Revit capability
n
Valuable technical documentation and detailing skills
n
Understanding of construction and architectural delivery
n
Experience coordinating consultants and project information
n
Confidence communicating with clients, consultants and contractors
n
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
n
Ability to manage deadlines and take ownership of responsibilities
n
Strong design sensibility and interest in high-quality architecture
n
Experience across high-end residential, hospitality or mixed-use projects highly desirable
n
Registered Architect or working towards registration would be advantageous
n
