About the Role

Deliver a high-quality kindergarten program aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
n
Create engaging and intentional learning experiences that foster curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning.
n
Observe, assess, and document children's learning and development.
n
Support children's growth by promoting independence, critical thinking, creativity, and social-emotional wellbeing.
n
Build strong partnerships with families and maintain open, meaningful communication.
n
Mentor and collaborate with educators to achieve positive outcomes for children.

Maintain a protected, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every child feels valued and supported.

What You'll Bring
n
n
Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification) with full VIT registration.
n
Minimum 3 years ECT experience.
n
A valid Working with Children Check and National Police Check (not more than 6 months old).
n
Valid First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
n
Full Australian working rights.
n
Strong communication and leadership skills.
n
A collaborative approach and passion for mentoring and supporting fellow educators.
n
Commitment to delivering high-quality educational programs and outcomes for children.
