The Opportunity
n
As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will:
n
n
Deliver high-quality, person-centred mental health nursing care.
n
Undertake comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments.
n
Monitor mental state, treatment response and recovery outcomes.
n
Develop and review care plans in collaboration with consumers, carers and multidisciplinary teams.
n
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and electronic records.
n
Participate in quality improvement, education and professional development activities.
n
Contribute to a positive, collaborative and safety-focused team culture.
n
n
Essential Requirements
n
n
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
n
Demonstrated experience in mental health nursing.
n
Robust clinical assessment, communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
n
n
Relocation Support
n
n
Candidates will initially be assisted to apply for a Subclass 482 Temporary Skill Shortage Visa.
n
Following six months of employment, eligible candidates may be supported through the Subclass 186 Permanent Residency pathway.
n
Generous relocation package of up to AUD$15,000 plus up to 12 weeks of temporary accommodation.
