Tweddle Child & Family Health Service in Geelong, Victoria, is seeking a Barwon Coordinator Support Officer for a fixed-term, part time four days per week commencing October ****. You will work under the Home Based PASDS and HoPES Coordinator to deliver specialist services to families, with a focus on assessment and family needs.
