About the Role
n
As Product Quality Manager, you will own product quality performance across the product lifecycle, from new product introduction (NPI) through to customer feedback, investigations, and continuous improvement. You will be the key interface for customer quality matters and a technical leader in investigations, audits, and change control within a regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Act as the primary point of contact for customer quality matters, ensuring alignment with customer, regulatory, and internal requirements
n
Lead investigations into customer complaints, and returned products, driving robust root cause analysis and effective CAPA
n
Analyse product returns and quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
n
Support and participate in customer and regulatory audits, providing documentation, data, and process insights
n
Maintain and oversee change control and change management activities in line with the QMS and regulatory expectations
n
Maintain product quality documentation, including specifications, control plans, and validation records
n




Maintain the internal calibration program
n
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to driveprocess and product improvements, including functional specification testing program
n
Support process and computerised system validation activities
n
Play a key role in New Product Introduction (NPI), including:n
n
Process Flow Diagrams
n
PFMEA
n
DFM / DFA
n
Pilot build quality evaluation
n
n
n
About You
n
You are a confident quality professional with strong technical judgement and the ability to work across functions in a fast‐paced, regulated manufacturing environment.
n
n
Proven experience in a regulated manufacturing setting, ideally medical devices
n
Working knowledge of FDA requirements and medical device regulations (highly regarded)
n
Strong understanding of quality investigations, CAPA, and root cause analysis tools
n
Experience supporting customer audits and compliance activities
n
Background in plastic or silicone moulding manufacturing (highly desired)
n
Experience with NPI, process validation, and product control planning
n
Ability to engage effectively with customers, engineers, and production teams
n
