We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join our Operations Department. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supporting safe, compliant and successful day-to-day operations while delivering an exceptional experience for our members and guests.

About The Role

Provide visible leadership and support across each shift.
n
Lead, coach and develop team members.
n
Deliver high standards of customer service and operational performance.
n
Allocate labour and resources effectively.
n
Manage and resolve staff, member and guest concerns.
n
Support events, projects and business initiatives.
n
Promote a positive, respectful and accountable workplace culture.
n
Ensure compliance with WHS, RSA, RCG, food safety and organisational requirements.
n
Identify opportunities to improve productivity, service and commercial outcomes.
n




You may work across venue operations, gaming, food and beverage, banquets, events and other operational areas as required.

About You
n
n
Previous leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality, gaming, events or a licensed venue.
n
Strong communication and people leadership skills.
n
A genuine commitment to customer and member service.
n
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
n
The ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment.
n
Flexibility to work across different departments and venues.
n

Essential

Current NSW RSA Competency Card.
n
Current NSW RCG Competency Card.
n
