What you'll be doing?
n
Customer Experience Management: Take ownership of the customer journey from start to finish, ensuring every homeowner receives an outstanding, seamless experience throughout their new home build.
n
Construction Supervision: Oversee the simultaneous construction of multiple luxury residential homes, ensuring each project is delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and within agreed timeframes.
n
Trade Coordination:



Proactively coordinate and schedule trades to keep the build process running smoothly, minimising delays and maintaining momentum across all active projects.
n
Stakeholder Relationship Building: Cultivate respectful, cooperative, and productive partnerships with suppliers, subcontractors, customers, and internal team members that contribute to long-term success.
n
Health, Safety & Environment: Collaborate closely with the HSE team to uphold and champion a high standard of workplace health and safety across all sites.
n
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality control checks and prepare detailed QA reports prior to handover, ensuring every home meets the exceptional standards Black Pearl Homes is known for.

Who are they looking for?
n
Residential Construction Background: A strong background in residential custom build construction supervision is essential, with a minimum of 5 years of building supervision experience that demonstrates a solid technical knowledge of the building process.
n
Multi-Project Management Ability: Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects from start to finish, keeping timelines, budgets, and quality standards on track across a dynamic portfolio.
n
Excellent Communication Skills: A natural communicator who can engage confidently and professionally with customers, trades, and internal teams,



and who knows when to elevate or consult with others.
n
Calm Under Pressure: The ability to remain composed, solutions-focused, and professional even in high-pressure situations is a quality that will set a successful candidate apart in this role.

Highly Organised: Solid organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail across every stage of the build process.
n
Computer Proficiency: Comfortable working with computer software relevant to construction management and scheduling, with a good working knowledge of standard business and project tools.
n
Valid Driver's Licence: A current driver's licence is required, as the role involves regular site visits across the Perth metro area — a company Ute will be provided.
