Gymnastics Australia is seeking a values-drivenNational Integrity Leadto join our National Integrity Unit.
n
This is an exciting opportunity for an integrity, safeguarding, complaints, investigations, legal, governance or risk professional looking to make a meaningful impact in sport. Reporting to the General Manager Safeguarding, and working closely with our Head of Complaints and Investigations you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of complaints management and integrity screening across the sport.

About the role
n
As the National Integrity Lead, you will:
n
n
Coordinate the intake, triage and administration of integrity and safeguarding complaints.
n
Support the management of sensitive and complex integrity matters.
n
Coordinate integrity screening activities across Gymnastics Australia.
n
Maintain accurate case records and reporting.
n
Provide advice and support to members and stakeholders on integrity policies and processes.
n
Monitor trends and identify opportunities for prevention, education and continuous improvement.
n




Contribute to creating safe, inclusive and respectful environments across gymnastics in Australia.
n

About you
n
You will bring:
n
n
Experience in complaints handling, integrity, safeguarding, investigations, governance, law, risk, compliance or a related field.
n
Strong judgement and the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
n
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
n
An understanding of trauma-informed and person-centred practice.
n
A commitment to safeguarding children and protecting the integrity of sport.
n
