With new project wins across NSW, they're now seeking a Major Project Manager to take the reins on large commercial builds in Sydney.

The Role
n
You'll lead major HVAC projects (typically $10M+) from inception to delivery, managing all facets including:
n
n
Coordination with builders, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
n
Oversight of site teams and direct labour (if applicable)
n
Driving performance on safety, program, and cost
n
Working closely with engineering and leadership to deliver to the highest standard
n

The Role
n
You'll lead major HVAC projects (typically $10M+) from inception to delivery, managing all facets including:

consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers

Oversight of site teams and direct labour (if applicable)
n
Driving performance on safety, program, and cost
n
Working closely with engineering and leadership to deliver to the highest standard
n

What You'll Bring
n
n
Proven experience managing HVAC projects over $10M in Australia, NZ or the UK
n
Excellent understanding of complex project management and experience managing large commercial bu
n
Strong leadership and communication skills
n
Vastly experienced in managing timelines, budgets, and safety with precision
n
You have a background in mechanical engineering OR a you took a trade-based path into project management
n
Experience with direct labour crews is highly regarded
n
n
You must have full Australian working rights.
