PLANZZ First Nations Health is seeking a Social & Emotional Wellbeing (SEWB) Practitioner to join the Redcliffe Medicare Mental Health Centre multidisciplinary team. You will provide culturally responsive mental health, psychosocial and SEWB support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people accessing the Centre.
