Role

This is a full-time role for a motivated Physiotherapist. In this role, you will manage a diverse musculoskeletal caseload through 45-minute consultations, allowing you the time to deliver high-quality assessments, hands-on treatment, and exercise-based rehabilitation across both gym and hydrotherapy settings. You will work in a supportive, community-focused practice where building meaningful patient relationships and achieving long-term outcomes is of the highest value. With opportunities for mentoring and professional development, this role is ideal for a clinician who is motivated to grow their skills while contributing the health and well-being of the community.

Qualifications
n
Relevant Bachelor's degree or higher in Physiotherapy
n
Current registration and compliance with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
n
Skilled indemnity and Public Liability Insurance
n
Australian Driver's Licence
n
Australian citizenship is required for this position

Skills & Experience
n
While 3+ years of experience is preferred, we are adaptable for candidates who demonstrate strong clinical skills and enthusiasm to learn
n
Sound knowledge and skills in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, exercise prescription, and manual therapy techniques
n
Experience in managing an independent caseload of musculoskeletal patients
n
Ability to conduct assessments, accurately diagnose conditions, develop and implement personalised treatment plans
n
Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, autonomy and teamwork skills
n
Ability to collaborate and work effectively with patient's and the wider healthcare team
n
Additional certifications or specialised training in areas such as Women's Health is highly desirable
n
Role Hours and Pay Rate
n
36 hours (4-5 days) / week
n
Base weekly wage with incentives + super and tax
n
Remuneration rate based on experience
