We represent a respected Sydney based commercial law firm with a strong litigation practice.

As an upshot of growth, they are looking for a senior level disputes lawyer to assist with a range of matters.
n
The Team
n
The Dispute Resolution team at this firm is a small, close-knit team that excel in handling disputes of any complexity as they arise and collaborate closely with each client to achieve the optimal outcome in every dispute.
n
Acting for clients across a range of sectors, the team represent their clients in a large number of courts and tribunals in New South Wales, yet also in other locations in Australia.
n
The Role
n
This role will see you working closely with all senior members including three disputes' partners, and given the relatively small size of the team, the chance presents unparalleled potential for career development and a large amount of autonomy and responsibility.
n




You will gain exposure to a range of matters including:
n
n
commercial litigation
n
property disputes
n
claims of negligence
n
insolvency and debt recovery.
n
n
Requirements
n
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' post admission experience in disputes.
n
In addition, you will:
n
n
have the ability to take carriage of a matter
n
have strong attention to detail with well-developed analytical skills
n
be looking to join a small and busy team
n
excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
