Job Description
GWG Recruitment is seeking multiple Change Analysts to support a range of exciting technology and digital transformation projects within a large and complex organisation.
n
These opportunities will see you working alongside project and change teams to understand the impacts of new technologies, systems and processes, while supporting stakeholders through implementation, readiness and adoption.
n
We're looking for hand-on Change Analysts who enjoy working with people, can confidently navigate complex stakeholder environments and are comfortable supporting multiple streams of change activity.

About the roles
n
Depending on the project, your responsibilities may include:
n
n
Conducting change impact assessments across impacted teams, processes and systems
n
Stakeholder identification, analysis and engagement
n
Assessing business readiness and identifying potential areas of resistance
n
Developing and maintaining change management and engagement plans
n
Supporting communications, training and adoption activities
n
Maintaining change impact registers, risks, issues and actions
n
Working closely with project teams, SMEs and business stakeholders
n
Supporting implementation activities and measuring change adoption and effectiveness
n
n
About you
n
To be considered, you will ideally have:
n
n




Minimum 2 years' experience as a Change Analyst or in a similar organisational change role
n
Experience supporting technology, digital or system implementation projects
n
Hands-on experience with change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis
n
Experience supporting communications, training, engagement and business readiness activities
n
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
The ability to work effectively across both business and technology teams
n
Experience with change methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR will be highly regarded
n
n
The roles are Newcastle-based with hybrid working arrangements of three days onsite.
