Effie Kats is looking for an enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our Coburg showroom. As the face of our brand, you'll create a premium in-store experience while helping clients find pieces for life's most memorable occasions.

Working closely with our team, you'll assist with styling appointments, maintain store presentation and provide personalised service that reflects the Effie Kats experience.

About the Role
n
As a Retail Assistant, you'll be responsible for:
n

Delivering exceptional customer service and personalised styling advice
n
Building genuine relationships with clients and providing an elevated shopping experience
n
Achieving individual and store sales targets
n
Maintaining visual merchandising and premium store presentation
n
Processing sales, exchanges and customer enquiries
n
Receiving, replenishing and organising stock
n
Assisting with new arrivals, product launches and in-store events
n
Supporting day-to-day store operations
n

About You
n
You'll be someone who:

Has previous retail or customer service experience (fashion retail preferred)
n
Has a genuine passion for fashion and styling
n
Is confident, warm and personable
n
Has excellent communication skills
n
Thrives in a fast-paced workplace
n
Takes pride in presentation and attention to detail
n
Is proactive, reliable and enjoys working as part of a team
n
Is available to work weekends and flexible retail hours
