We are currently looking for skilled and experienced Barbers/ Hairdresser to join our team. These are permanent, full time positions.

Responsibilities
n
n
Providing advice on hair care, products and hairstyles
n
Shampooing hair and conditioning scalps
n
Cutting hair with scissors, clippers and razors
n
Shaving and trimming beards and moustaches
n
Cleaning work areas and sanitizing instruments
n
Arranging appointments and collecting payments
n
Provide consistent experience across all services including haircuts, shaves and beard services
n
Open the shop in the morning and complete open admin tasks
n
End of day close/cash reconciliation and handling
n
n
Qualifications and Skills
n
n
AQF Certificate lll or minimum of 3 years relevant experience as a Barber/Hairstylist
n
Competent in all haircut styles, fades and on trend styling, as well as all shave and beard services
n
Understand what is current in the industry
n
A basic understanding of upselling techniques/retail offering
n
A positive and respectful attitude
n
Leadership qualities
n
n
Salary range: $79,423 to $85,000
