About the Company
n
We are exclusively partnering with a Not-for-Profit organisation operating in a regulated environment. The organisation is currently going through a period of procurement change and is seeking additional capability to support its procurement and contract's function.
n
The Role
n
Reporting to the Manager, Procurement & Contracts, the role supports the administration and delivery of procurement activities, with a focus on end-to-end RFx processes and contract administration.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Procurement planning and pipeline management
n
End-to-end RFx and tender delivery through to contract award
n
Contract development, variations and performance management
n
Procurement governance, compliance and value-for-money assurance
n
Evaluation facilitation and procurement advisory support
n
Contract negotiation and commercial risk management
n




Stakeholder engagement, coaching and business partnering
n
n
About You
n
You will bring recent, practical procurement and contract management experience, and a proactive approach.
n
You will need to demonstrate:
n
n
Proven experience in contract management, administration and performance oversight
n
Robust contract development, negotiation and commercial risk management capability
n
Experience in RFx and tender processes, including supplier engagement and evaluation activities
n
Strong understanding of procurement governance, probity and value-for-money principles
n
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship management skills
n
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex agreements
n
n
Experience in Health, NFP or Government is preferred but not essential - candidates from other sectors including supply chain will be considered. Procurement Analysts seeking a step up are also welcome to apply.
