As a PEER Apprentice, you'll get real, on-the-tools experience while learning from our experiences Trainers, who are qualified tradespeople themselves!

What We're Looking For At PEER

You don't need previous experience - just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. We're looking for future female leaders who are:

Motivated, reliable and ready to get stuck in

Physically fit and safety-conscious
n
Hold a driver's licence and have a reliable vehicle (or working towards)
n
Able to pass a Police Check and Working with Children Check
n
Ready to commit to a 4-year apprenticeship
n
Open to learning and proud to break stereotypes
