Essential criteria
n
n
1. Certified Salesforce Administrator with a minimum of 4 years experience within Salesforce eco-system.
n
2. Salesforce product knowledge, and a strong understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules).
n
3. Experience working in a Salesforce application or environment support role
n
4. Experience in Data Loader, Service Cloud, and troubleshooting Salesforce issues and work with internal parties and vendor partners to resolve them
n
5. Hands‐on experience in managing Salesforce related CI/CD processes using GitLab or a similar tool.
n
6. Excellent communications and negotiation skills, ability to manage competing priorities,



and proficiency in aligning multiple stakeholders for effective collaboration
n
n
Desirable criteria
n
n
1. ITIL Foundation Certification and experience.
n
2. Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
n
3. Solid understanding of Scrum/Agile methodologies.
n
4. Comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development will be highly regarded.
n
