Occupational Therapist | Paediatrics | New Graduates - Seniors

Our client is a young and growing NDIS-registered allied health hub set on a peaceful 50-acre property. The team is multidisciplinary, with Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Physiotherapy and Support Work, plus a day program and community-based support.
n
They are looking for an Occupational Therapist who enjoys flexible, functional therapy and a more natural, down-to-earth setting. You'll mostly work from the hub, with the option to deliver community-based support (including school holiday programs) when it suits your interests and client goals.

This role is ideal for someone who:
n
n
Wants a paediatric-heavy caseload with the option to see some adults
n
Prefers functional, engaging sessions (life skills, routines, regulation, play)
n
Enjoys tailoring sessions to the child-choose the setting that best fits the goal
n
Likes a supportive small-team vibe rather than a highly clinical workplace
n

On Offer:

Salary guidance:



Graduates $90,000 + Super, Experienced $120,000 - $130,000 + Super
n

Support & supervision: director support, senior staff support, and external supervision if needed
n
PD allowance: flexible/negotiable (not fixed yet - open to discussion)

Key Requirements:
n
n
Tertiary degree in Occupational Therapy
n
AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
n
Driver's licence
n
Full Australian working rights
n
n
