What You Will Own

Payroll Processing
n
Support end-to-end payroll processing across multiple regions and pay cycles — ensuring every team member is paid accurately and on time, every time.
n
Data & Systems
n
Contribute to data cleansing, validation and systems preparation as King Living continues to invest in and evolve its payroll and HR technology.
n
Compliance & Query Resolution
n
Support compliance with relevant payroll legislation and act as a first point of contact for employee pay queries — responding with professionalism, care and speed.
n
Reconciliation & Reporting
n
Assist with payroll reconciliations and reporting in support of Finance — including month end, year end and audit requirements.
n
Who You Are
n
You will likely come from an end-to-end payroll processing role — ideally with exposure to multi-region or multi-entity environments. What matters most is your accuracy, your ownership, and your ability to keep payroll running without exception.

You are a payroll professional who takes genuine pride in accuracy, discretion and getting things right every single time.

End-to-end Australian payroll experience with sound working knowledge of Fair Work, modern awards, superannuation and PAYG
n
NZ payroll experience highly regarded
n
Experience operating cloud payroll platforms — Employment Hero experience highly regarded
n
Experience with payroll data cleansing, validation or migration — SAP or SAP SuccessFactors exposure highly regarded
n
Robust reconciliation, numeracy and advanced Excel skills
n
Meticulous attention to detail with absolute discretion handling confidential employee data
n
Able to work to tight pay cut-offs across multiple time zones with a high degree of ownership
n
Exposure to multi-country payroll across SEA, NAM and UK is desirable
n
Payroll qualification or certification such as the Australian Payroll Association is desirable
n
