MACA are seeking experienced Maintenance Superintendents to join our team at the Dingo Range Gold Project working an 8/6 FIFO roster from Perth.

The Dingo Range Gold Project developed by Emerald Resources is a 1.41 million ounce greenfield gold asset located in Western Australia's North Laverton region, representing one of the state's emerging gold developments.

Key result areas include:
n
n
Lead maintenance personnel, identify areas of improvement and provide coaching and development strategies.
n
Oversee scheduled maintenance and implement preventative maintenance programs to reduce field breakdowns.
n
Monitor equipment performance to ensure optimal utilisation and limit down time.
n
Monitor parts and equipment requirements.
n
Commitment, respect and compliance to the MACA health, safety and environmental practices.
n
Actively participates and contributes to the continuous improvement and innovation of MACA work practices.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n




Minimum of 7 years' experience in the supervision and management of maintenance personnel in an open pit mining environment.
n
Proven experience in ensuring our mobile plant and equipment is maintained to a high safety, productive and reliable standard in a timely manner.
n
Sound knowledge of safe mining and earthmoving practices.
n
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are a must, allowing you to build relationships across the team and departments.
n
Statutory Supervisor S26 certificate.
n
A National Police Clearance within 12 months of currency.
n
