We're looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our Coronis West team. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a well-maintained residential portfolio while being supported by a structure designed to help you succeed. Key responsibilities

Manage and maintain a residential property portfolio
n
Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants and suppliers
n
Oversee maintenance, inspections and day-to-day portfolio management
n
Provide proactive communication and high-quality service
n
Work closely with your team to deliver strong client outcomes
n

About you
n
n
Current Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate
n
Previous Property Management experience
n
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
PropertyMe experience preferred but not essential
n
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n




A proactive approach and willingness to contribute to a positive team environment
