We're partnering with a leading Australian retailer to find a Project Manager for a major supply chain and merchandising technology transformation.
n
Their Merchandising and Supply Chain teams are undergoing significant transformation, upgrading the systems that power how they forecast demand, plan inventory, and present stock in-store — all in service of a better customer experience.
n
About the Role As Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of two connected initiatives: the Blue Yonder Demand & Fulfilment upgrade and the Space Planning program. These are not purely technology implementations — they involve business change across operating models, merchandising processes, data, and organisational capability.
n
The Blue Yonder program upgrades the client's current replenishment and inventory management system from an older version to a current, AI-enabled platform, improving how they forecast demand and manage stock across their distribution centres and stores.

Engage senior business and technology stakeholders to align priorities and outcomes

Translate technical delivery into a explicit story that resonates with business stakeholders — and vice versa

Provide explicit,



regular reporting on delivery progress, financials, and performance

Build and present business cases to support investment decisions

Drive Commercial and Operational Outcomes

Manage program budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking
n
Balance delivery commitments with technical and operational realities

Apply delivery metrics to continuously improve performance and predictability

What You'll Bring
n

Proven experience delivering complex technology or business change programs in agile environments
n
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tell a clear story that connects technical delivery to business outcomes for stakeholders at all levels
n
Experience developing and presenting business cases for technology or platform investment
n
Commercial acumen, including budgeting and forecasting
n
Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and competing priorities
n
Strong delivery focus with a goal-oriented approach

Customer-first thinking
