Isomorphic Labs is seeking a seasoned Director of Nonclinical Safety to build and lead our nonclinical safety function. You will define phase-appropriate safety strategies and pioneer AI-enabled approaches for oncology and non-oncology programs, reporting to the Head of Early Development.

You will oversee post-IND toxicology work, collaborate with regulatory teams, and drive AI-driven safety data support for global submissions, while ensuring high scientific rigor and ethics.
